Check out Actabl Design here.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end design across features and flows, from discovery to delivery.Collaborate with PMs and engineers to shape problem spaces, define requirements, and validate solutions.Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for enterprise SaaS products with heavy use of dashboards, complex data tables, and operational workflows.Run user interviews, synthesize insights, and convert them into actionable design decisions.Produce high-quality UI/UX deliverables: journeys, wireframes, flows, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, tables, dashboards, etc.Work closely with our design system team to maintain consistency and push our standards forward.Advocate for user experience and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.Incorporate AI tools, Vibe Coding, and rapid prototyping into your process to increase velocity and quality.Understand our products, personas, their journeys, and JTBD.You as a Product DesignerIdeal ProfileYou are not a “by the books” Product Designer and have at least 3 years of experience, strong design craft, and excellent communication skills. You are comfortable with high-density enterprise SaaS interfaces such as dashboards and data grids, and you work confidently with design systems and cross-functional teams.3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) in tech or SaaS companies.Portuguese and English is mandatoryLiving in Brazil.Strong product thinking, ability to break down complexity, understand constraints, frame problems, and propose pragmatic solutions.Excellent English communication (major stakeholders are native english speakers)Solid experience designing for enterprise SaaS applications.Comfortable crafting elegant high-density interfaces.Experience working with design systems (tokens, components, libraries).Strong craft with an attention to detail.Portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, strong fundamentals, and high-quality craft.'Nice to HaveExperience with AI prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, V0, Claude Code).Experience integrating AI into design workflows.Familiarity with hospitality, operational tools, or B2B workflows.Work Environment:Location: Full-remote Brasil.Connectivity: Requires a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.Equipment: The company provides necessary equipment (laptop, monitor, peripherals).Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
