Estamos procurando um designer de produtos altamente motivado e criativo para se juntar à nossa equipe de design. O candidato ideal terá experiência em design de produtos digitais e habilidades para transformar ideias complexas em soluções elegantes e funcionais. O candidato irá trabalhar em um time/squad composto por engenheiros de software e Product Managers, responsável por uma parte estratégica da plataforma netLex


Responsabilidades


  • Trabalhar em colaboração com os PMs para definir a estratégia e os requisitos do produto.
  • Projetar interfaces de usuário elegantes e intuitivas; .
  • Realizar pesquisas de usuário e testes de usabilidade para validar soluções de design e iterar em projetos existentes.
  • Criar wireframes, protótipos e especificações de design para facilitar a comunicação da visão do produto com a equipe de desenvolvimento.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os engenheiros para garantir a consistência do design e a qualidade da implementação.
  • Fornecer orientação e suporte aos colegas de equipe em todos os aspectos do design de produtos.

Requisitos:


  • Experiência prévia em design de produtos digitais.
  • Fortes habilidades em UX e UI;.
  • Habilidade em ferramentas de design, como Figma.
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de pesquisa de usuário e testes de usabilidade.
  • Habilidade em trabalhar em colaboração com equipes multifuncionais.
  • Um portfólio impressionante que demonstra sua habilidade em design de produtos digitais.


Desejável

  • Inglês avançado;
  • Experiência prévia com protótipos de alta fidelidade;
  • Atuação anterior em startups B2B;
  • Experiência com Design System;
  • Conhecimentos em linguagens de programação modernas.
