We are a Peruvian multinational company delivering healthy food to families around the world. With operations in Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and Uruguay, as well as commercial offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia, we serve clients in over 40 countries. We specialize in the cultivation, processing, and commercialization of high-quality agricultural products, including avocados, blueberries, grapes, mangoes, mandarins, and more.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the position of COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPER


PURPOSE / OBJETIVE OF THE POSITION

Partner with multiple customers and Camposol’s Business Units to drive measurable results that benefit Camposol’s revenue. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales & procurement approach that expands our reach and strengthens client relationships.

Also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set Camposol apart.


RESPONSABILITIES AREAS

  1. Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer relationships.
  2. Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services.
  3. Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales & procurement options.
  4. Monitor sales KPI’s progress to ensure that goals are being met.
  5. Promote Camposol’s products to prospective clients.
  6. Track all business-related invoices
  7. Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
  8. Coordinate compliance assessments with potential suppliers with legal, quality and financial departments


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Experience: +10 years working in the local industry and with contact at retail level, wholesale markets and local suppliers.
  2. Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
  4. Project management skills
  5. Negotiation and networking skills
  6. Business development spirit (profile)
  7. Communication at every level
  8. Ability to work autonomously.
  9. Software: Microsoft Office – Intermediate level
  10. Language: English – Intermediate level
