What you’ll do:

  • Lead and oversee the recruitment team supporting one of our major clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple functions and seniority levels, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, streamline processes, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with client leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives and talent needs.


You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams.
  • Successful track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles and seniority levels.
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
