Na The Knot Worldwide, estamos em busca de um/a Customer Care Support para nossa equipe de Vendas Brasil. A pessoa ideal trará experiência em atendimento ao cliente B2B, habilidades destacadas de escuta, compreensão das necessidades dos clientes e fortes competências interpessoais.


RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Gestão de clientes B2B, incluindo suporte pós-venda, fidelização, treinamento e atendimento personalizado de alta qualidade.
  • Atendimento telefônico e por e-mail a clientes B2B.
  • Gerenciamento de produtos adicionais adquiridos pelos clientes.
  • Coordenação com outros departamentos e áreas da empresa para resolução e gestão de problemas relacionados aos clientes.


CANDIDATOS BEM-SUCEDIDOS POSSUEM:

  • Residência na região metropolitana de São Paulo.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente com clientes B2B.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação.
  • Desejável experiência com bancos de dados (CRM).
  • Alta capacidade de organização, atenção aos detalhes e resolução de problemas.
  • Pessoa autônoma, empática, perseverante, flexível e com forte ética de trabalho.
  • Disposição para trabalhar em contextos multiculturais, estruturados e dinâmicos.
  • Diferencial Inglês: nível intermediário (B1).
