RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic and highly complex positions across LATAM, with a focus on excellence, agility, and quality delivery;
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with Coty’s values;
  • Conduct structured interviews, applying modern methodologies to identify talent with both cultural and technical fit;
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging talent hunting techniques across multiple channels to attract diverse and qualified profiles;
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams on Employer Branding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives;
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, reporting insights and data to support continuous improvement of processes and results;
  • Ensure effective use of the ATS and compliance with internal policies and local legislation;
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the direct team, promoting growth and high performance.


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish – essential for regional responsibilities and communication with stakeholders and candidates;
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with LATAM regional exposure;
  • Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.);
  • Proactive, collaborative profile with excellent communication and results orientation;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
