Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee sales expansion for Brazilian Tier 2 partners, including but not limited to visiting resellers and retailers, conducting sales training, and analyzing sales performance;
  2. Implement and provide feedback on marketing activities and policies;
  3. Execute sales strategies and conduct post-execution reviews;
  4. Manage daily communication and relationship maintenance with clients in designated regions, promptly resolving customer issues;
  5. Achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in office software;
  2. Meticulous and efficient work ethic with a problem-solving mindset and resilience under pressure;
  3. Familiarity with international trade knowledge and transaction processes;
  4. Strong teamwork spirit.


Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Negócios

Responsabilidades:

  1. Supervisionar a expansão das vendas para clientes brasileiros de nível 2, incluindo, entre outras coisas, visitar revendedores e varejistas, realizar treinamentos de vendas e analisar o desempenho das vendas;
  2. Implementar e fornecer feedback sobre atividades e políticas de marketing;
  3. Executar estratégias de vendas e realizar análises pós-execução;
  4. Gerenciar a comunicação diária e a manutenção do relacionamento com clientes em regiões designadas, resolvendo prontamente as questões dos clientes;
  5. Atingir as metas de vendas.

Requisitos:

  1. Domínio em software de escritório;
  2. Perfil meticuloso e eficiente, com foco em solução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão;
  3. Familiaridade com conhecimentos de comércio internacional e processos de transação;
  4. Forte espírito de trabalho em equipe.
