We are different from most E-commerce companies, we do worldwide distribution of products mainly focused on marketplaces. We sell mostly on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and are looking to expand globally. We're hiring a Team Lead Business Expansion to be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in both new and existing markets, leading a medium-sized business expansion team.

Key Responsibilities: Opportunity identification: Identify, size, and evaluate new business opportunities in international markets Opening new business opportunities: Ensure efficient execution of prioritized projects, including overcoming challenges related to the importation and exportation of goods. Revenue Expansion: Execute on the business expansion strategy in line with the company targets and develop clear, concise reporting on performance. Team Leadership: Lead, inspire and develop a team of 4-6 specialists, fostering a collaborative culture. Set targets, analyze metrics, and enhance team productivity. Cross-functional Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with IT, Operations, Research, and Finance teams for strategic alignment and continuous improvement

Partnerships: Forge and maintain partnerships that enhance our online selling capabilities across various platforms. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Deep understanding of the global marketplace landscape, particularly platforms like Amazon. At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role with direct report management

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams remotely. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. English Upper Intermediate (C1) Nice to haves: Experience with importing and exporting goods, and navigating the related regulations and logistics. Experience Level: This role is suitable for an experienced team lead with experience in business expansion, particularly within e-commerce and global markets, looking to influence and drive growth.
