About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at AliExpress. As a key member of our Brazil business development team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our local business in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Strategy and Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our local business in Brazil.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Brazilian market.
  • Supplier Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of local operation staff to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
  • Logistics and Operations: Oversee the development and implementation of logistics and operations strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Portuguese and English, with a strong understanding of the Brazilian market.
  • E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce business development, with a strong understanding of traffic and conversion logic.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong business development skills, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of local operation staff.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
