Brazil Business Development Manager

Azteco is a US/UK-based, remote-first, consumer bitcoin company backed by Jack Dorsey and other investors. We're a small but highly experienced team with big plans. We have a rock star sales team based in various locations, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Brazil Business Development Manager.
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage our business development efforts in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and building relationships with key business partners in Brazil, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Managing the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Onboarding new vendors and ensuring a smooth transition into our sales process.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in Brazil.
- Attending industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and identify new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent Portuguese and English language skills.
- Proven sales experience in Brazil, with a strong track record of success.
- Experience in the consumer goods or financial services industry in Brazil.
- Previous experience working with startups or scale-ups in Brazil.
This is a fully remote position, but the candidate must be based in Brazil and be willing to travel within the country to meet with clients and attend industry events.
