Business Development Manager, Brazil

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new carrier partners, as well as managing relationships with existing carriers in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Carrier Acquisition and Partnership Development: Lead the go-to-market strategy for acquiring new carrier partners, including prospecting, lead generation, and pitching.
- Carrier Relationship Management: Own end-to-end sales process, including CRM maintenance, to ensure smooth integration and ongoing operations with carrier partners.
- Business Growth and Development: Develop and expand our carrier portfolio in Brazil, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Support the cross-selling of our expanding suite of products and services into the transport operators, including White-Labels, BI tools, and Mobile Booking Solutions.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data analysis to understand partner performance and identify opportunities within our global retail network.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the tech, product, retail, and finance teams to ensure smooth integration, ramp-up, and ongoing operations.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth company.
- Skills: Strong networking mentality, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and ability to build sustainable relationships.
- Language: Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- International Exposure: Previous experience working with global teams at a high-performance job.
