About the Role

Visa Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Brazil Consulting Practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact strategic projects for our clients in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Brazil Financial Institutions, Issuing Banks, and Acquirers.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities and develop strategic solutions to drive growth and profitability.
Consulting Initiatives
  • Lead consulting initiatives to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in new markets and payment flows.
  • Develop and implement action plans to maximize revenue and client engagement.
Business Analysis and Insights
  • Analyze data sets to determine meaningful insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Develop frameworks, methodologies, and processes to drive business growth and efficiencies.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 8 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • Logical, structured thinking, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in coaching and managing multiple consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese (Brazil).
  • A career in business-to-business payments (B2B) is important. An interest in the future of payments and the change being driven by regulation will also be needed.
  • Experience in banking or credit card sector will be considered a plus.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
