- Experience in coaching and managing multiple consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese (Brazil).
- A career in business-to-business payments (B2B) is important. An interest in the future of payments and the change being driven by regulation will also be needed.
- Experience in banking or credit card sector will be considered a plus.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
