About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Leader to join our team at Shein E-Commerce Co. Ltd. as an Account Manager Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist leadership in identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage and lead a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and customers.
