About the Role
- Business Growth and Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy to drive revenue and market share growth in Brazil.
- Customer Experience and Support - Manage the Product Support team to ensure dealers have the necessary tools, training, and resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Innovation and Product Development - Collaborate with engineering and agronomy teams to identify yield-robbing issues and develop innovative product solutions specific to the Brazilian market.
- OEM Expansion and Partnerships - Foster strong relationships with OEM partners to increase the adoption of our products and expand our market presence.
About You
- Bachelor's degree and industry experience
- Advanced or fluent English language skills
- Proven business acumen and leadership skills to coach and sustain a high-performing team
- Ability to balance internal and external relationship management, collaborating closely with internal AGCO leadership and external OEM and retrofit dealer partners
