About the Position

The Business Development Director will be responsible for leading our Business Development team, overseeing the cultivation of valuable collaborations, and guiding the team to success. Your Day-to-Day

As a Business Development Director, your daily tasks will include:

  • Partnership Development: Lead the team in researching, prospecting, and establishing partnerships to drive mutual success.
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and collaborate with the team to set targets and goals for partnership expansion.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and support the Partnership Development Intern to enhance their skills while also fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Negotiations and Deal-Making: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners and ensure that partnership agreements align with the company's objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven insights to enhance partnership effectiveness.

  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
