We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Monster Energy. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead the development of new business strategies and drive growth in our Brazil market.

About the Role

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for constructing and executing new product and business strategies aligned with our Marketing and Commercial departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop creative solutions to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing launch platforms with Marketing and Commercial, balancing DME and P&L
  • Developing and implementing bottler pricing strategies
  • Constructing volume and coverage projections for each project
  • Negotiating project goals with bottlers
  • Business plan negotiation and development

You will also be accountable for sales function priorities, including planning, budgets, and review. Additionally, you will visit and create relationships with key customers, execute sales plans, and exceed volume, operating profit, and market share objectives for your territory.

This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to establish good relationships and credibility with internal and external customers, collaborate at all levels, and rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

What We Offer
