New Business Director

The New Business Director is a key role within Monster Energy, responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution. This position requires a strong understanding of the market, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Manage launch platforms and negotiate project goals with bottlers
- Develop and execute business plans, including volume, distribution, and performance objectives
- Lead and direct the work of others, including Regional Sales Managers
- At least ten years of experience in a retail, Wholesaler or Distributor sales environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance
- Demonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hands-on sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and direct the work of others
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
