Job Title: New Business Director

The New Business Director is a key role within Monster Energy, responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution. This position requires a strong understanding of the market, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage launch platforms and negotiate project goals with bottlers
  • Develop and execute business plans, including volume, distribution, and performance objectives
  • Lead and direct the work of others, including Regional Sales Managers
Requirements:
  • At least ten years of experience in a retail, Wholesaler or Distributor sales environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance
  • Demonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hands-on sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others
  • Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
