Job Title: Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
We are hiring on a rolling basis. Open to all South American talents.
A must requirement: Sales/work experience in the Real Estate market.
Role Overview: Our US California-based real estate agency client is looking for a sharp and experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who has work experience in the Real Estate market.
You'll be the first point of contact for inbound and nurtured leads—responding fast, qualifying needs, and booking appointments for the agent team. The ideal candidate is disciplined about time blocks, confident on the phone, and experienced in real estate appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapid lead response via calls, texts, and email; log all touchpoints in the CRM
- Qualify, nurture, and progress prospects through the funnel; overcome objections
- Set and confirm appointments; manage calendar handoffs to the sales/agent team
- Maintain daily contact/attempts quotas and SLA response times
- Keep CRM and pipelines clean, accurate, and up to date
- Use scripts and refine them based on performance data
- Provide daily/weekly activity and results reports
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven real estate appointment-setting experience (required)
- English level C1 or higher—clear, confident phone presence
- Consistent 5-hour daily availability (same window each workday)
- Ability to answer incoming calls/texts outside the core window as needed (e.g., evenings/weekends on rotation)
- Strong organization: follow-ups, task management, and pipeline hygiene
- Tech-ready: reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset; CRM proficiency (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with the Sacramento real estate market (neighborhoods, inventory patterns)
- Experience living in California
- Experience with dialers, call tracking (e.g., CallRail), SMS tools, and basic MLS/Zillow/Redfin research
- Knowledge of TCPA/compliance best practices
Work Schedule: Part-time to start (5 hours/day or 25 hours/week) with flexibility to take calls/texts outside the core window
Location: Remote (Pacific Time hours);
Preferred but optional: Sacramento (a city in California, US) real estate market familiarity is a plus
Payment in USD or local currency.
