Join Keeta, explore the world.What You'll Do:Responsible for strategy and operations related to merchant management on the Keeta platform.Understand industry-standard solutions, gain insights into merchant needs, and drive continuous improvement of internal processes and merchant-facing product features.Establish daily operation mechanisms to continuously improve the usage and effectiveness of related products.What We Need From You:Experience in strategy and product operations. Familiar with common corporate methodologies for strategy development, product operations, and project management.Familiar with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms. Priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry. Priority given to those familiar with merchant metric operations.Possess in-depth knowledge of the daily operations of Brazilian food delivery merchants, or be able to collaborate with various internal teams to identify merchants' operational needs and pain points.Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.What Makes This Role Exciting:Join a startup-like business.
