The HR Path, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.


Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions


  • ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
  • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
  • RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing


YOUR MISSIONS


We are looking for an experienced professional specialized in WorkForce

Software's Advanced Scheduler | Job Scheduling module to join our team. In this role, you

will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in implementing and customizing the

WorkForce Software Advanced Scheduler | Job Scheduling solution, contributing directly to

the success of our projects and the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

You will be expected to carry out your activities in accordance with best market practices,

following our implementation methodology, and may work as a consultant or in partnership

with third parties.


Activities to be carried out:


● Work on WorkForce Software Solution implementation projects, including

requirements analysis, system configuration, testing and post-implementation

support;

● Participating in continuous improvement projects, identifying optimization

opportunities and implementing effective solutions;

● Drawing up detailed documentation of each activity carried out, ensuring traceability

and transparency of processes;

● Providing training for end users, ensuring effective adoption of the solutions

implemented and correct use of the system;

● Train and coach teammates on the WorkForce Software solution, sharing knowledge

and best practices;

● Collaborate efficiently with internal teams, outsourced companies and suppliers to

ensure the integration and alignment of the proposed solutions.;

● Keeping up to date with the latest WorkForce Software releases and products,

ensuring alignment with market best practices and customer needs;

● This position is for fixed-term contracts


REQUIREMENTS


● Actively collaborating in the configuration and implementation of WorkForce

Software's Advanced Scheduler | Job Scheduling modules, ensuring integration and

alignment with our clients' HR processes;

● Providing technical support and specialized consultancy, meeting the specific

demands and needs of each project;

● Participating in meetings and workshops with clients to understand requirements,

propose solutions and ensure the delivery of high-quality results;

● A university degree is required for this position, preferably in Administration, HR,

Systems or related areas;

● Knowledge of Google tools is desirable;

● At least 2 years' experience in WorkForce Software Advanced Scheduler | Job

Scheduling solutions, both in projects and support, is required for this position;

● Preferably with experience in People Management or consultancy focused on People

Management Systems;

● Strong logical reasoning skills are desired for this position;

● Knowledge of Excel, Open Office or similar;

● Communication skills are desired for this position, with a problem-solving and

negotiation-oriented profile, with initiative and the ability to offer new ideas;

● Knowledge of the SAP HCM system is required for this position;

● Advanced English with ease of communication and intermediate Spanish desirable;

● Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and face-to-face work as

required;

● Have certifications in WorkForce Software's Advanced Scheduler | Job Scheduling

modules;

● Good logical thinking;

● Familiarity with JavaScript is important to handle specific customizations and

developments within WorkForce Software's Advanced Scheduler | Job Scheduling

solution that involve client-side programming;

● Solid knowledge of Human Resources processes is essential to understand

customer needs and propose effective solutions within the context of WorkForce

Software;

● Knowledge of labor legislation is desirable to ensure that the solutions implemented

comply with legal regulations and avoid future problems;

● Experience or knowledge of dealing with Time and Attendance is desirable, as this is

an important functionality within time and attendance management, which is part of

the scope of WorkForce Software;

● Certificate in WorkForce Software's Advanced Scheduler | Job Scheduling module
