Exadel, a global digital engineering and consulting company, is seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong blend of Account Management and New Business Development experience within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will manage strategic existing accounts while identifying and closing new revenue opportunities across banking, insurance, fintech, asset management, and other financial institutions in LATAM. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven individual with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver consistent growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing Financial Services clients across LATAM.
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on retention, upselling, and long-term growth.
  • Partner with delivery, product, and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction.


New Business Development

  • Prospect, network, and identify new opportunities within the region.
  • Drive a balanced mix of farming (existing accounts) and hunting (new logos).
  • Position company solutions effectively based on client needs, industry dynamics, and market trends.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closing, engaging with C-level and Director-level decision makers.


Sales Execution & Forecasting

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting (TCV, order bookings).
  • Maintain a disciplined, data-driven approach to pipeline management.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and relevant financial forums.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, consulting, outsourcing, or financial services solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and generating new business in the LATAM financial sector.
  • Strong client connections across banking, insurance, fintech, and asset management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple accounts with ambitious growth targets.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
  • Understanding of LATAM financial regulatory environments is an advantage.
