As the brand continues to grow and navigate the regulatory landscape, an experienced and strategic Head of Integrity and Compliance is needed.


Job Overview: The Head of Operational Security of the Betting System will be responsible for overseeing the security and integrity of the betting system, protecting against fraud, and ensuring smooth and secure betting operations. This role is crucial for maintaining customer trust and ensuring the continuous and secure operation of our betting platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of betting systems, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention, with a proactive approach to risk management.


Responsibilities:

System Security Management:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security strategies to protect the integrity and reliability of the betting system.
  • Oversee the security of all betting operations, ensuring they are conducted smoothly and securely.

Fraud Prevention:

  • Implement robust fraud detection and prevention measures to protect against fraudulent activities.
  • Monitor betting activities for unusual patterns or suspicious behavior, investigating and addressing potential fraud incidents promptly.

Risk Management:

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks related to the betting system.
  • Develop and maintain an incident response plan to address security breaches and operational disruptions.

System Integrity:

  • Ensure the integrity of the betting system by implementing and enforcing strict access controls and security protocols.
  • Regularly audit and review system logs, transactions, and security measures to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor the betting system in real-time to ensure continuous and secure operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular security and fraud reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Technology Implementation:

  • Evaluate and implement advanced security technologies and solutions to enhance the security of the betting system.
  • Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, ensuring the organization’s defenses are up-to-date and effective.

Policy Development:

  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to the security and integrity of the betting system.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.


Requirements:

Experience:

  • Significant experience in operational security, cybersecurity, or a related role, preferably within the iGaming, sports betting, or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of betting systems, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
