We are seeking a highly motivated Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team.Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.What to expect on your journey with us:A solid and innovative company with a strong market presenceA dynamic, diverse, and multicultural work environmentLeaders with deep market knowledge and strategic visionContinuous learning and developmentThis team oversees the sales/marketing strategy for our website, including driving organic traffic through search engine optimization (SEO), deploying continual A/B and MVT experiments to improve site performance, and managing the content across the site.A Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist is responsible for improving our website's visibility on search engines like Google to drive organic (non-paid) traffic. They play a critical role in executing our digital marketing strategy. We count on you for:Keyword Research: Identifying the most relevant and high-traffic keywords for a website's target audience.On-Page Optimization: Enhancing website elements such as meta tags, titles, headings, content, and URLs to improve search rankings.Technical SEO: Ensuring the website is technically sound by optimizing site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and resolving issues like broken links or duplicate content.Content Strategy: Guiding the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software, and reporting results to stakeholders.Staying Updated: Keeping up with search engine algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective.RequirementsOver 4 years of experience in Marketing/Sales or related field, with a focus on similar responsibilities.Experience managing projects in a development or implementation environment.Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing or related field.Fluency in EnglishWhat makes you stand out:Sales process and executionProper utilization of systemsProduct knowledgeSEO best practicesSEO content strategyMarketingSoftware / ToolsGoogle AnalyticsGoogle Search ConsoleSEMRushSEO Clarity / Brightedge / ConductorScreaming FrogPower BIPowerPointExcelOffice SuiteBenefitsThis position comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package.A competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package.Flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based).You will also enjoy a dynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally renowned group.Private Health Insurance.Paid Time Off.Training & Development opportunities in partnership with renowned companies.
