Lead Backend Engineer

Backed by leading venture capital firms with a $6.6M funding round just closed, we are on a mission to transform clinical research through technology that allows pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to bring their therapies to patients faster and save lives.We achieve industry-leading conversion rates: up to 10x improvement over human-driven processes with up to 8x operational cost reduction. Coupled with our seamless medical record access and mass outreach capabilities, we compress recruitment timelines from many months to a few weeks across multiple therapeutic areas. Our AI-first system matches prospective patients, answers their questions based on clinical trial documentation using voice and chat AI, schedules appointments, collects patient information, runs pre-qualification questionnaires, assists with patient onboarding, nurtures scheduled patients, and integrates with research site systems – all fully autonomously.
