Procuramos Analista de Qualidade Júnior @ Londrina (Presencial), que queira aprender e transformar sua carreira.


Nesta função você irá:


Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar políticas e procedimentos de qualidade.

Realizar auditorias internas e apoiar auditorias externas.

Analisar indicadores de qualidade e propor planos de ação para melhoria contínua.

Preparar relatórios técnicos e documentação relacionada à qualidade.

Garantir a conformidade com as normas ISO, regulamentos internos e requisitos legais.

Apoiar as áreas operacionais na identificação e correção de não conformidades.

Auxiliar e desenvolver treinamentos para as equipes sobre melhores práticas e padrões de qualidade.

Ferramentas da Qualidade (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.)

Normas ISO (9001, 14001, etc.)

Auditorias internas e externas

Pacote Microsoft Office (Excel Avançado)

Análise crítica e atenção aos detalhes

Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe

Capacidade de propor melhorias e resolver problemas

Certificação Green Belt ou Black Belt (Lean Six Sigma)

Experiência com Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ)

Inglês intermediário ou avançado


Formação acadêmica: Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Engenharia, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas afins.
