We’re looking for a Product Manager in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid) to lead and grow transit technology solutions. You’ll define product roadmaps, collaborate with teams, and ensure delivery meets customer needs while driving innovation in public transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the product, market, and customer needs to define strategies.
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute roadmaps.
  • Provide customer support, resolve issues, and collect feedback for improvements.
  • Collaborate on proposals, marketing, and sales support to drive business growth.
  • Travel up to 30% to visit clients and oversee projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • Experience in the transportation sector
  • 4+ years of experience in engineering or product management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, SQL, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and innovate.
