MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of the business unit strategy
Sales of products and services
Price negotiations, planning, budgeting and responsibility of cost centers
Support national events
Preparation of Monthly Country Review report and annual business plan
Provide support to existing customers and distributors
Support partners with sales and marketing
Organization and conduct of internal / external training
Attending meetings and elaboration of reports to the headquarter in China and Brazil
Key Result Areas and Characteristics
Previous experience in the PV inverter industry – a plus
Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the Livoltek product line and convey the advanced technical product benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp terms.
Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment
A distinct customer service focus.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working for an international organization – a plus
Drivers license B and willingness to do lots of travels every week.
