Somos uma startup que atua no segmento do varejo e logística, apoiando os pequenos e médios empreendedores a se tornarem mais competitivos no mercado e a alavancarem suas vendas. Por isso, buscamos um Super Sales Manager (foco em Inbound e Outbound), que se identifique com o nosso propósito, que tenha muita energia para somar no time de Operações e que queira crescer (muito) com a gente.
Responsabilidades:
- Gestão do time: acompanhamento, 1:1, treinamentos e reciclagens, análise de capacity e recrutamento e seleção;
- Guiar a estratégia e a orientação junto ao time de Sales: inbound, outbound e afiliados;
- Atuação ativa nas squads em que Sales faça parte;
- Foco total em resultados e atingimentos de metas;
- Proposição das metas para o time, bem como ações para aumento de performance;
- Pautar novas ações a partir da análise de dados;
- Acompanhar todas as ações por meio de dados;
- Sugerir melhorias em sistemas internos para o time;
- Otimização das ferramentas utilizadas para ampliarmos nossos níveis de automação (Ex.: Hubspot);
- Descoberta de novas soluções com os usuários.
Requisitos:
- Sólida experiência com gestão comercial;
- Experiência em startups - early stage;
- Experiência com ferramentas da área, como Hubspot;
- Experiência com volume de leads;
- Experiência com dados, métricas e indicadores da área - preferencialmente Power BI;
- Experiência com mapeamento, automação e otimização de processos;
- Experiência com inbound, outbound e afiliados;
- Sólida experiência com gestão de pessoas/times e também em ambiente remoto.
