We have a career opportunity as International Sales Manager for one of reputed well-known multinational clients in A2P Messaging, CpaaS, WhatsApp API, Push Notifications, Omni-channel Solutions and Chatbot.


Position- International Sales Manager (Individual Contribution Role)


Job Scope- Responsible to build A2P Messages, WhatsApp API, and CpaaS business in Brazil and LATAM.


Responsibilities-

To acquire international aggregator customers, carrier partners and large enterprise clients in Brazil and LATAM.

Responsible for identifying, qualifying & closing new opportunities in the region,

Shall own the entire commercial engagement from proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation to close.

Build and execute strategies to achieve numbers above AOP’s.

Maintaining the highest levels of customers satisfactions.

Cultivate relationships with customers, optimize their performance & identify additional business opportunities to expand revenues.

Work with internal teams in a collaborative manner to execute account specific sales strategies.

Work diligently with cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, Support, Operations etc. to make sure of highest level of customer satisfaction.

Ensure timely payment collections from the assigned accounts.
