Position OverviewWe seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Manager to lead sales operations and business expansion in Brazil Region. This role is critical in driving market share growth within the mining sector, focusing on large OTR (Off-The-Road) tire solutions for heavy mining equipment. The ideal candidate must possess extensive mining industry networks, a hunter mentality for new business acquisition, and proven experience managing key accounts in demanding environments.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business DevelopmentIdentify, target, and secure new clients in the mining industry across BrazilDevelop and execute growth strategies to achieve annual sales targets and market penetration goals.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at mining corporations.Key Account ManagementServe as the primary contact for Tier-1 mining clients.Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.Resolve complex client issues through technical expertise and resource coordination.Market Intelligence & ExpansionAnalyze competitor activities and market trends to refine pricing, product positioning, and value propositions.Explore growth opportunities in adjacent sectors (quarrying, construction, ports).Sales Operations LeadershipManage the networks and field sales teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.Monitor KPIs (revenue growth, profit margins, market share) and report biweekly to regional leadership.Field EngagementSpend ≥70% of time traveling to mining sites for technical consultations, audits, and contract negotiations.Lead on-site troubleshooting for tire performance and safety challenges.Qualifications & RequirementsMandatoryWork Authorization: Valid right to work in IndonesiaIndustry Expertise:5+ years of B2B sales experience in mining sectors.Established network with mining operations, procurement heads, and fleet managers.Sales Competency:Demonstrated record of achieving >20% YoY growth in complex sales environments.Expertise in large account development (>ZAR 50M contracts).Personal Attributes:Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in high-pressure settings.Physically fit to navigate remote mining sites and endure extended travel (up to 4 weeks/month).Language: Native or fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)Technical knowledge of OTR tires or heavy machinery.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionTravel allowance, fuel card,Performance bonuses and career advancement opportunities.Global career opportunity
