We are looking for a COUPA Consultant, who wants to learn and transform his career.
Knowledge and activities:
- Configuration and documentation: Maintaining configuration and solution design documentation, including changes from new functionality and release upgrades;
- Customization: Customizing forms, webforms, items, and PO liquid templates;
- Punchouts: Creating and managing new punchouts;
- Release reviews: Reviewing new Coupa releases to coordinate environment upgrades;
- Test plans: Creating and maintaining test plans for user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect resolution;
- Business requirements: Participating in gathering business requirements and documenting solutions;
- Data analysis: Supporting the collection and analysis of data to develop insights and propose solutions;
- Gap analysis: Mapping applications to business processes and conducting gap analysis;
- Process improvements: Suggesting process improvements based on industry best practices and application capabilities;
- Implementation: Configuring and implementing Coupa, and providing support to the project team;
- Training and development: Supporting training and development;
- Pre-sales: Supporting pre-sales, demos, and estimates;
- English fluent;
- Spanish is a differential.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and checking the feasibility of solutions;
- Preparing test cases and validating deliverables;
- Following up with clients and support to resolve issues;
- Documenting issue resolutions and sharing with the internal team;
- Interacting with end-users and business owners;
- Suggesting process improvements.
