The Role

We're looking for a product designer to embed in a small, established team of engineers to take our current product offering to the next level. This is a 3 month contract-to-hire role.


What You’ll Do

  • Work with Product and Engineering teammates to design solutions to customer problems/opportunities, leading end-to-end design (from concept through delivery)
  • Propose and advocate for smart design phasing and tradeoff decisions, helping the team move quickly and leverage real customer research and feedback
  • Lead visual communication of our product and vision in all contexts, e.g. marketing/sales


About You

  • Skilled at leveraging interaction and visual design principles to quickly prototype intuitive user experiences, effectively incorporating user needs and balancing competing priorities and constraints
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing the “why” behind your design decisions
  • Excited about visually communicating our product and vision end-to-end in all contexts, including marketing/sales
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and exploratory product development environment
  • Curiosity, positivity, and a growth mindset
  • 2+ years product design experience
  • Bonuses: Previous startup experience or interest in a great startup experience
