Estamos contratando um profissional da área Comercial, para atuar em nosso cliente, uma Startup Multinacional na área de Jogos.
Atuação Hibrida, 3x no Escritório que fica na Zona Sul de SP.
Como Payment Business Development, sua principal responsabilidade será identificar e buscar oportunidades para crescimento, atuando com um papel comercial relacionado a todo o processo de pagamento da plataforma de jogos da companhia.
Posição Hibrida, para atuar inicialmente 3x no Escritório, que fica na Zona Sul de SP.
Responsabilidades
● Analisar dados e desempenho dos produtos de pagamento, criar relatórios e tomar ações para maximizar as taxas de aceitação de pagamentos.
● Atuar como mediador entre desenvolvedores e PSPs durante a implementação e lançamento de novos métodos de pagamento/PSPs.
● Otimizar o desempenho dos métodos de pagamento através da configuração do gateway de pagamento, roteamento de pagamentos e configurações de risco.
● Gerenciar a escalada de problemas de pagamento com fornecedores, suporte técnico e outros departamentos.
● Coletar feedback das equipes de CS/Pagamento/Risco para melhorias no sistema e auxiliar a equipe de produto com a priorização.
● Manter relacionamentos com fornecedores e acompanhar métricas de desempenho e solução de problemas de transações.
● Manter a documentação dos métodos de pagamento, incluindo limites de fluxo de clientes.
Requisitos Obrigatórios:
● Conhecimento profundo do ecossistema de pagamentos.
● Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas.
● Conhecimento de APIs, incluindo experiência com solicitações e respostas e verificação de logs de diferentes integrações.
● Inglês (Minímo Avançado)
Requisitos diferenciais:
● Experiência com agregadores de pagamento.
● Experiência em trabalhar em projetos.
● Conhecimento sobre Excel e ferramentas de gerenciamento de dados, como Power BI e Tableau. ● Compreensão de metodologias de desenvolvimento de software.
