As the LATAM Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the Consumer Products

Operations team, reporting directly to the Operations Solutions Manager. This dynamic position

involves both internal and external engagements, offering you the opportunity to work closely

with cross-functional teams including Legal, Commercial, and Accounting, as well as external

partners. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the seamless integration and

functionality of our core tools, delivering exceptional support, and effectively resolving system

issues to ensure an optimal user experience.

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil preferred

Office Setting: Hybrid model, in-office days required Monday through Thursday

Responsibilities

External

1. Facilitate the onboarding and training of both new and existing external users,

providing ongoing education and support to enhance user engagement with our tools

2. Ensure strict adherence to the procedures established by Consumer Products,

assisting users in navigating our tools effectively. Utilize third-party project

management tools, such as Airtable, to monitor and track financial report progress

3. Conduct training sessions and create instructional materials to enhance user

understanding of the internal system.

Internal

5. Collaborate with business development and legal teams to identify and bridge

operational gaps.

6. Train internal LATAM CPXF users on new global workflows and tools

7. Collaborate with in-region teams to streamline LLO asset sourcing, management and

distribution.

8. Support on asset distribution for global distribution.



Requirements

● Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

● A minimum of 3 years of experience in client management, project management,

customer-facing, or general operations capacity.

● Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and master new systems.

● Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with strong communication abilities.

● Proven experience in working collaboratively across various functions.

● Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of self-discipline, and the ability to set and

meet deadlines.

● Capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.

● Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

● Ability to explain complex concepts to non-financial partners.
