You will uncover how customers think, feel, and behave — and how the broader market operates — to guide product innovation, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements. Your insights will help the company anticipate trends, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional value to users.Key ResponsibilitiesUser ResearchConduct qualitative and quantitative studies to understand ordering behavior, satisfaction drivers, and pain points.Build and maintain user personas and journey maps tailored to different customer segments.Measure the impact of app experience, promotions, delivery speed, and fees on retention and conversion.Collaborate with product teams to design and analyze A/B tests and usability studies.Track and report on satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, order repeat rate).Market ResearchMonitor market dynamics, including consumer preferences, pricing trends, and service innovations.Analyze market share distribution, regional demand patterns, and promotional strategies across the industry.Identify unmet needs and whitespace opportunities through benchmarking and customer feedback.Prepare market research reports to support product, marketing, and operations teams.Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in consumer behavior within food delivery and adjacent sectors.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with data analytics, marketing, product, and operations teams to integrate insights into decision-making.Present findings to leadership in clear, actionable formats (dashboards, briefs, presentations).Support go-to-market strategies for new features or service expansions.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate across international teams.Experience in market research, consumer insights, or strategic analysis; experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or logistics is a strong plus.Background in top-tier management consulting is preferred.Strong business acumen with excellent communication and storytelling skills.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive industries.Experience designing and interpreting research studies, surveys, and behavioral data.
