Team Overview:

As a Market Intelligence Manager, you will collaborate with senior executives, the global strategy team, and local operations to gather market information and generate insights that will drive strategic decisions such as priorities, resource allocation, and process enhance. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to drive top-level decisions and foster sustainable growth across diverse teams in a fast-evolving environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Undertake in-depth research on the company's strategic direction, business positioning, and strategic methods, providing decision-making support based on rigorous market intelligence;
  • Monitor industry and competitive dynamics, analyze new trends, products, and business models;
  • Get business & market insights from multiple data sources, including qualitative and quantitative data;
  • Encourage the flow of strategy-related information within the organization, facilitate consensus within the company, coordinate company resources swiftly, and advance the development and execution of strategies.

Role Qualifications:

  • +3 years of strategic or market intelligence experience and a thorough understanding of business analysis;
  • Possess a strong sense of business acumen and macro perspective, capable of identifying opportunities through structured thinking and analysis, in tandem with industry competition and internal capabilities;
  • Have robust coordination, communication skills, and teamwork spirit, capable of independently establishing good cooperative relationships with business management, and motivating teams to implement business strategies;
  • Advanced/fluent English proficiency.
