Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Support various business units such as Marketing, Operations, Products, Business Development and People as an analytical and reporting partner with the goal of enabling data driven decision making;
  • Perform as a consultant in the sense of simplifying complex terminologies into more understandable insights to the internal team, interpreting data to help the company plan, strategize and grow;
  • Identify actionable insights that will be used to support or implement new strategies;
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support real-time, daily, weekly and monthly business performance review.
Requirements:
  • Master's or bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields;
  • Business Intelligence experience in Consulting, Tech, FMCG and Finance is ideal;
  • Experience working with one or more language for querying (e.g. SQL);
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics languages like Python or R is a plus;
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions;
  • Ability to make inferences from data and devise appropriate course of actions;
  • Eager to learn new things and challenge the status quo with valuable insights to achieve constant improvements;
  • Fluent English;
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers;
  • Self-starter with can-do attitude;
