Principais Atividades:
• Orientar, acompanhar e apoiar a equipe de supervisores; • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da equipe e qualidade da operação, garantindo o desenvolvimento e aplicação de planos de ação; • Garantir o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos da cia; • Acompanhar o programa de remuneração variável (5 estrelas); • Garantir o cumprimento dos principais KPIs de atendimento; • Garantir a gestão de pessoas e indicadores remotamente; • Garantir a gestão de clima e engajamento do time; • Propor e garantir estratégias voltadas aos principais indicadores da área; • Criar Campanhas motivacionais e de engajamento; • Garantir acompanhamento e feedbacks constantes para evolução e crescimento profissionais dos colaboradores.
