Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role:

Activities Related to Product Sales:

  • Prospect and engage new customers
  • Conduct customer visits
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals
  • Negotiate terms and agreements
  • Monitor and manage negotiations
  • Analyse and update customer profiles and records
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide support
  • Perform system updates and manage sales reports
  • Complete daily visit reports and maintain spreadsheets
  • Track and monitor sales indicators

Plan Visits and Contacts:

  • Discuss strategy with superior
  • Analyse customer potential and prioritize visits
  • Guide customers through registration
  • Develop and manage visiting itineraries
  • Achieve sales targets and update customer records
  • Participate in relevant meetings and visits

Promote Products:

  • Define objectives and explain them during visits
  • Differentiate and assist in choosing products
  • Identify and address customer needs
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits
  • Clarify technical and scientific product data
  • Promote company events and training

Monitor After-Sales Customers:

  • Conduct periodic visits and follow-ups post-training
  • Communicate product changes and address order-related queries
  • Verify product delivery times and check on defaulting customers
  • Report on visits and after-sales activities

Contact Internal Areas of the Company:

  • Request and manage promotional materials
  • Prepare and analyse reports and statistics
  • Suggest improvements to promotional and commercial processes
  • Report transactions and sales results to superiors
  • Investigate and report product delivery irregularities

Participate in Events:

  • Engage in sales techniques training
  • Represent the company at fairs and conferences


Essential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Management or related fields


Desirable:

  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish
  • Knowledge of Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
