As a Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients. You’ll work hands-on with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborate with internal engineering teams, and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments.


This role suits a proactive, self-driven engineer who enjoys direct client engagement and thrives in a dynamic, solution-oriented setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
  • Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
  • Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
  • Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
  • Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.


Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
  • Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
  • Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.


This is a fully remote position, on a B2B contract basis, paying up to USD20 per hour
