Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Liderar o desenvolvimento interno de um novo Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (QMS/IQPS) end-to-end.
  • Elicitar, priorizar e documentar requisitos; manter backlog, workflows, casos de uso e diagramas.
  • Conduzir design reviews e definir soluções escaláveis; detalhar mapeamento de dados, integrações e UI.
  • Planejar cronograma e WBS (marcos, dependências, múltiplos streams); gerir riscos, issues e mudanças.
  • Organizar e facilitar cerimônias Scrum; operar o board de tarefas (Jira/Azure DevOps).
  • Planejar, executar e evidenciar testes de integração e regressão.
  • Estabelecer padrões operacionais, templates e ritmos; estruturar e governar o repositório de documentação.
  • Definir papéis e responsabilidades (RACI) e coordenar recursos, viagens e reuniões.
  • Liderar discussões técnicas com Qualidade, TI e negócio; comunicar status e decisões.
  • Mapear o legado (incl. processos antes suportados em ETQ Reliance) e conduzir a transição para a solução alvo.
  • Garantir aderência aos processos de governança/tollgate de TI e requisitos de compliance.
  • Preparar materiais e/ou sessões de treinamento para usuários finais.



Requisitos e qualificações

  • Inglês avançado para atuar com time global.
  • Experiência como Project Manager em projetos de TI com desenvolvimento e integrações, preferencialmente em QMS.
  • Experiência com projetos envolvendo ERPs, preferencialmente Oracle.
  • Conhecimento de processos e módulos de SGQ (ex.: CAPA, Não Conformidades, Auditorias, Documentos, Treinamento/Competência, Change Control, Supplier Quality).
  • Desejável familiaridade com ETQ Reliance; experiência com outras plataformas QMS é diferencial.
  • Domínio de análise de requisitos e produção de documentação técnica.
  • Conhecimento de low-level design (mapeamento de dados, integrações, UI/UX) e práticas de testes (integração e regressão).
  • Vivência com Scrum e ferramentas de gestão (Jira/Azure DevOps); forte capacidade de planejamento (cronograma, WBS, caminho crítico).
  • Habilidade de facilitação, comunicação e negociação com stakeholders multidisciplinares.
  • Conhecimento de governança/tollgate de TI.
  • Graduação em áreas de tecnologia/engenharia ou correlatas; certificações (PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, SAFe) são diferenciais.
