The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Change Manager (Designer), who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, Hybrid, in the city of São Paulo.In this role you will:Competencies• Minimum of 7years of Change Management Designer process for Trainning and communication • Minimum of 2 years of Oracle EBS Implementation using Change Management technics • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Must Have Skill• Proven experience for Oracle EBS implementation projects using Change Management Training and Communication elements• Experience in training plans, contents development, integrated with the organizational needs. • Experience in the development of media plans and contents for an overal project communication • Align the the change management within the company's goals and culture. • Identifying who is affected and how the roles will be impacted by processes, systems.• Hability to sStablish a clear and simple language; avoiding jargon; positive framing at the communications. • Candidate must be fluent in English communication.Good Have to skill• Scrum Developer Certifications are preferred • Oracle EBS Implementation experience • Knowledge and experience of Oracle Forms/Reports solutions • Dynamic, flexible, team player and result driven • This role requires 100% flexibility to travel and work onsite with clients (typically Monday through Thursday). • Sense of ownership and proactiveness>>>What do we offer?
