Estamos buscando uma pessoa GPM apaixonada e experiente para se juntar à nossa equipe. Como GPM, você será responsável por mapear oportunidades de mercado para seu produto, conduzir a ideação e definição de escopo de novas funcionalidades e zelar pelo sucesso e resultado do seu produto sobre a perspectiva financeira e de satisfação e engajamento dos usuários.


Como GPM, espera-se que você:


  • Crie e promova a visão do seu produto, bem como definir a estratégia para que seu produto tenha sucesso
  • Identifique oportunidades para melhorar a experiência do usuário com base em dados coletados durante as pesquisas;
  • Gerencie uma equipe de Product Owners (POs) ou Business Analysts (BA) que sob sua liderança construirão o escopo de novas funcionalidades que serão desenvolvidas pelo squad de pessoas engenheiras que constroem o seu produto;
  • Esteja em constante contato com pessoas internas e externas interessadas no seu produto, garantindo que as expectativas e conhecimento da organização, clientes e parceiros esteja refletido na sua visão e backlog do seu produto;
  • Realize benchmarkings dentro e fora do nosso segmento de atuação para trazer as melhores práticas de mercado e promover inovação no seu produto;
  • Defina e acompanhe os KPIs de sucesso do seu produto;
  • Atue como liderança situacional junto ao squad do seu produto, garantindo que todos estejam conectados com a estratégia e objetivos de negócio do produto;
  • Mantenha uma visão clara de backlog e com racional de priorização que maximize o sucesso do produto;
  • Atue como aprovador de propostas de experiências apresentadas pela equipe de Product Design;
  • Represente a companhia junto a clientes e parceiros, especialmente em negociações estratégicas de seu produto;

Procuramos uma pessoa com:


  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de produtos digitais e liderança de profissionais de produto (POs, BAs, PMs, etc.);
  • Pensamento analítico e tomada de decisão baseada em fatos e dados;
  • Domínio do método de trabalho em ágil e scrum;
  • Comunicação clara e que se sinta confortável em apresentações em público e conduzir reuniões com a liderança sênior da companhia;
  • Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplos projetos e prazos em um ambiente acelerado;
  • Familiaridade com dashboards e ferramentas de análise de desempenho de produto como Google Analytics, Grafana, PowerBI, etc.
