QA Automation Engineer Jr - Vaga Afrimativa para Mulheres

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with solid experience in both automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in writing and executing test cases, working in Agile environments, and developing automation frameworks from scratch using Java and Selenium. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform automation testing and manual testing, including writing test cases, executing them, and reporting defects using tools like JIRA.
  • Participate in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, with end-to-end understanding of Agile processes and ceremonies.
  • Conduct all phases of software testing including Test Planning, Functional, Regression, and System Testing.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts using BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
  • Automate test scenarios using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Use Bitbucket/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Perform API automation testing.
  • Build QA automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
  • Conduct Web Service Testing using Postman (preferred).
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in automation and manual testing.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing phases and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
  • Proficiency in Java and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with Bitbucket/GitHub.
  • Knowledge of API automation and Web Service Testing (Postman).
  • Ability to develop QA automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience with SQL queries.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
