O Especialista em Prospecção de Alunos e Gerenciamento de Leads é responsável por identificar e atrair novos alunos para a faculdade, gerenciar leads de forma eficiente e realizar o contato inicial e o aquecimento para a matrícula. Este profissional deve garantir que os potenciais alunos tenham uma experiência positiva e informativa desde o primeiro contato até a conclusão do processo de matrícula.


Principais Responsabilidades

  1. Prospecção de Alunos
  • Identificar e prospectar novos alunos através de diversas fontes, como feiras de educação, eventos, mídias sociais e campanhas de marketing.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para atrair alunos de diferentes segmentos.
  1. Gerenciamento de Leads
  • Gerenciar a base de dados de leads, garantindo que todas as informações estejam atualizadas e organizadas.
  • Utilizar ferramentas de CRM (Customer Relationship Management) para monitorar o progresso dos leads ao longo do funil de vendas.
  1. Contato Inicial
  • Realizar o primeiro contato com os leads, fornecendo informações detalhadas sobre os cursos, a faculdade e o processo de matrícula.
  • Responder prontamente às dúvidas e solicitações dos potenciais alunos por telefone, e-mail ou redes sociais.
  1. Aquecimento para Matrícula
  • Manter um relacionamento próximo com os leads, oferecendo suporte contínuo e informações adicionais conforme necessário.
  • Realizar follow-ups regulares para manter o interesse dos leads e guiá-los pelo processo de decisão.
  • Organizar visitas ao campus e eventos de orientação para potenciais alunos.
  1. Análise de Desempenho
  • Analisar dados de prospecção e conversão para identificar tendências e áreas de melhoria.
  • Gerar relatórios periódicos sobre o desempenho das campanhas de prospecção e o progresso dos leads.
  1. Colaboração Interdepartamental
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de marketing, admissões e acadêmica para alinhar estratégias e garantir uma comunicação eficaz.
  • Participar de reuniões e contribuir com ideias para melhorar o processo de prospecção e conversão.


Qualificações e Habilidades

  • Formação em Marketing, Administração, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada em prospecção de clientes, vendas ou recrutamento de alunos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e marketing digital.
  • Habilidades analíticas para interpretar dados e tomar decisões informadas.
