Visão geral da função:

Buscamos um Gerente de Projetos/Programas Sênior experiente para liderar uma iniciativa crítica de atualização do Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2. O candidato ideal será responsável por todo o ciclo de entrega do projeto, coordenando entre as partes interessadas do cliente e as equipes de fornecedores, garantindo a execução bem-sucedida dentro do escopo, prazo e orçamento estabelecidos.


Principais responsabilidades:

• Liderança de projeto: conduzir o programa de atualização do Oracle EBS 12.2 desde o planejamento até a execução e suporte pós go-live.

• Gestão de stakeholders: interagir com múltiplas partes interessadas das organizações do cliente e dos fornecedores, garantindo alinhamento sobre objetivos, cronogramas e entregas.

• Planejamento e governança: desenvolver e manter planos de projeto, registros de riscos e estruturas de governança.

• Comunicação: conduzir reuniões regulares de status, fornecer relatórios claros à alta liderança e gerenciar processos de escalonamento.

• Coordenação de recursos: supervisionar equipes multifuncionais, incluindo recursos técnicos, funcionais e de infraestrutura.

• Conformidade e padrões: garantir aderência às políticas organizacionais, às melhores práticas Oracle e aos requisitos regulatórios.


Habilidades e qualificações exigidas:

Experiência:

  • Mínimo de 12 anos em Gerenciamento de Projetos/Programas de TI.
  • Histórico comprovado em gestão de atualizações Oracle EBS, preferencialmente versão 12.2.

Conhecimento técnico:

  • Familiaridade com a arquitetura do Oracle EBS, metodologias de atualização e integrações relacionadas.

Habilidades interpessoais:

  • Fortes competências de liderança, negociação e resolução de conflitos.
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita em português e inglês.

Certificações (desejáveis):

  • PMP, PRINCE2 ou equivalente.
  • Certificações relacionadas à Oracle são um diferencial.

Localização e disponibilidade:

  • Deve estar disponível para trabalhar durante o horário comercial do Brasil e colaborar conforme necessário.
