Billing Manager

The Billing Manager is responsible to ensuring our financial operations run seamlessly and align with business goals.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily checking and billing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity, including the integration of Intelligent Automation (IA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Map, standardize, and optimize end-to-end processes to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development


  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 20 by promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the key liaison between internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues and maintain excellent service levels.

Reporting & Strategic Insights


  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in billing and checking operations, with preference for candidates from the advertising industry.

Additional Information

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in process mapping and standardization methodologies.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and managing change.
  • High analytical ability with experience generating and interpreting operational reports.
  • Knowledge of tools and platforms commonly used in checking and billing workflows, including AD Solutions.
  • Familiarity with IA and RPA technologies.
  • Effective communication to engage with agencies and facilitate process alignment meetings.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Hybrid work (twice in person)
  • Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00;
