About the Role:
We’re looking for someone exceptional to build and scale Kaizntree’s outbound go-to-market engine into a repeatable growth system.
We already have customers who love us. What we need now is the right operator to turn that signal into structured, scalable outbound motions, run growth experiments, and help us grow 10x.
This role is 70% hands-on outbound execution, with the remaining time spent on experimentation, systems-building, and market exploration, running A/B tests, coordinating growth experiments, exploring partnership opportunities, and developing deep expertise in our market.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical, analytical, and operator mindset who enjoys working close to the data and close to the founders. You’ll own the growth engine end-to-end: data → campaigns → experiments → pipeline → learnings.
What you will do:
Outbound & GTM Execution (70% of your time)
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists of CPG brands, operators, and decision-makers.
- Run outbound across email, cold calls, events, warm introductions, and partner-led motions.
- Execute outbound plays and campaigns.
- Personalize outreach intelligently to drive high-quality conversations.
- Coordinate multi-touch follow-ups across channels.
Growth Experiments & A/B Testing
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests across messaging, channels, sequences, and targeting.
- Coordinate multiple growth experiments in parallel.
- Develop hypotheses, success metrics, and post-mortems for each experiment.
- Systematically double down on what works and kill what doesn’t.
- Share learnings with founders and translate them into repeatable GTM plays.
Data, Systems & Automation
- Scrape and collect data from company websites, directories, and public sources.
- Enrich lead data using third-party tools and custom workflows.
- Build and maintain clean datasets and outbound pipelines.
- Set up automations to reduce manual work across sourcing, enrichment, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Continuously improve data quality, targeting accuracy, and execution efficiency.
Campaigns, Messaging & Funnel Design
- Design and run outbound campaigns by segment
- Experiment with positioning, sequencing, and value framing.
- Translate customer insights and founder intuition into structured GTM motions.
- Own funnel metrics from lead → meeting → opportunity.
Market & Partnership Development
- Become an expert on the CPG operations landscape and Kaizntree’s ICP.
- Build a deep understanding of brands, operators, consultants, and ecosystem players.
- Identify and explore partnership opportunities (agencies, consultants, platforms, communities).
- Run targeted outreach to potential partners and strategic allies.
- Support founders in evaluating and activating partnerships.
Qualification & Pipeline Ownership
- Track pipeline metrics and surface insights on performance and conversion.
- Help define activity benchmarks and growth targets.
Events & Community
- Help identify and coordinate relevant industry events, meetups, and trade shows.
- Run pre- and post-event outbound campaigns.

What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, GTM, business development, or technical commercial roles.
- Experience running outbound campaigns and growth experiments.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with A/B testing.
- Experience with scraping, enrichment, automation, or no-code/low-code tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience working at an early stage startup
- Technical background (engineering, analytics, ops, or systems-heavy roles).
- Exposure to CPG, food & beverage, retail, or operations.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, custom scripts, or CRM automation.
- Ability to create sales decks, campaign materials, and partner-facing content.
Location & Working Style
- This role is based full-time in our São Paulo office.
- This is an in-person role where you’ll work closely with founders and the overall team in a highly collaborative environment.
