We are seeking a skilled End User Support and IT Infrastructure with expertise in End User support, IT Operations, and Networking to join our team. As an Infrastructure, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure.Your mission:Deploy, configure, and manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutionsCollaborate with IT teams to ensure effective planning, implementation, and maintenance of server infrastructure to meet business requirementsMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize server infrastructure for performance and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations, including user support, system maintenance, and software deploymentsDevelop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and infrastructure diagramsImplement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the design and operation of infrastructure systemsEvaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve infrastructure efficiency and reliabilityParticipate in disaster recovery planning, including backup strategies, data replication, and failover proceduresStay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to infrastructure engineering and networkingContinuous development of the IT process automation and system landscapeFirst contact person for all IT Administration related topics (user support) in our Florianopolis officeTechnical responsibility for planning and the implementation IT infrastructure project tasks in our Brazil offices, considering the corporate IT strategy and budgetWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORTo join our team, YOU must HAVE:Completed degree in Computer Science or training as an IT Specialist or comparable qualificationSeveral years proven experience with End User Support, IT infrastructure administration, server infrastructure, IT operations, and networking.Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools.Experience in SharePoint, Jira and Confluence tools, operational, migrations, backupsProficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls)Familiarity with IT operations management tools and practices, such as monitoring, incident management, and change managementKnow-how in administration of Windows, Apple, and Linux systemsSolid understanding of security principles and best practices in infrastructure design and operationsKnowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desirableAnalyse and resolve equipment problems: laptops, servers, printers, networksVery Good English communication skillsKnowledge on CrowdStrike, Manage Engine, Asset Explorer, Intune, Netskope or similarAnd YOU must BE:Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStructured and having an independent and reliable working styleOpen-minded with strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsHaving excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsBe proactive and have good communicationGood relationship with colleagues and clientsFamiliar with GDPR and ISO 27001 rules and guidelines
